one thing to note, during the tut i pulled the cameras near clipping down to .01 and this was actually wrong as was pointed out to me on my vimeo page,

"Just a quick note, I saw that you set your near clipping plane to 0.01 and I just wanted to let you know that it could introduce problems of polygon sorting, leading to flickering in your render, or missing polygons causing holes in the model... So, try to keep it a bit higher, like 1.00 or even 0.05."
